The 24-in warm-up Heavy weighted club has been created for not only club speed and strength building but as a warm-up/ Exercise trainer before you get out on the Range/Course.

This model is a total weight of 2lbs with an unscrewable weight that adjusts to 1lb

 

The Distance Builder has been designed to increase clubhead speed without needing to swing any harder. This swing trainer will increase your clubhead speed naturally with the help of overspeed training. This simple and easy-to-use training aid is adaptable to you! The Distance Builder is a unique training aid that can be adjusted as you get more comfortable with each shaft weight by utilizing patented screw-on weight technology. TRAINING GUIDE

Distance Builder Weeks 1 – 2

Before each drill and practice session, it is advised to warm up properly to avoid injury. 

The drill (around 8 – 12 min). Take a 15-20 second pause between every fast swing.

  1. 3 swings without added weight on your non-dominant side
  2. 3 swings without added weight on your dominant side
  3. 3 swings with the smaller added weight on your non-dominant side
  4. 3 swings with the smaller added weight on your dominant side
  5. 3 swings with the heavier added weight on your non-dominant side
  6. 3 swings with the heavier added weight on your dominant side
  7. 3 swings without added weight on your non-dominant side
  8. 3 swings without added weight on your dominant side

Distance Builder Drill Weeks 3 – 5

  1. 5 swings without added weight on your non-dominant side
  2. 5 swings without added weight on your dominant side
  3. 5 swings with the smaller added weight on your non-dominant side
  4. 5 swings with the smaller added weight on your dominant side
  5. 5 swings with the heavier added weight on your non-dominant side
  6. 5 swings with the heavier added weight on your dominant side
  7. 5 swings without added weight on your non-dominant side
  8. 5 – 8 swings without added weight on your dominant side
